Since 1988, the Denton tree lighting has been a holiday tradition at Historic Denton Square. Enjoy carriage rides, live performances and photos with Santa on November 30. Admission is free, but be sure to bring a gift to share the holiday cheer with those in need.
THE HOLIDAY EXPRESS:
On December 1, the local DCTA A-train will be transformed into The Polar Express. Hop on and take a trip to the North Pole where you can eat brunch and take part in family-friendly activities!
More than 40 businesses will vie for the coveted Wassail crown November 30 – December 1, and you get to be the judge. Yep, that’s your job: Taste ALL the hot cider samples (for free) and then cast your vote for the best one!

Step into the past on December 1 during this annual tour of historic Denton homes, showcasing architectural styles from the early 1900s.
